Connecticut’s Surveillance Pricing Ban Takes Effect

Connecticut’s ban on surveillance pricing by retail sellers and third-party delivery services took effect on October 1, 2026 under Public Act 26-64. Online prices raised by a price setting device must carry a disclosure. A revised version under Public Act 26-130 takes effect July 1, 2027.
