Who Is Responsible

Klary is the controller of personal information collected through this site.

What Is Collected

  • Whitepaper download form: full name, work email, company and role; the button and page used; the referring page; any campaign (UTM) parameters in the link; the date and time; and a one-way hash of the network address, used only to limit repeated submissions. Later downloads from the same browser are recorded without personal details.
  • Email briefings: email address, the page where the signup was made and the signup date.
  • Analytics cookies: Google Analytics measures how pages are used. Analytics cookies are set only if you select Accept in the cookie banner; you can change that choice at any time through Cookie Settings in the footer.

Why It Is Collected

Form details are used to provide the whitepaper and to send occasional updates from Klary about personalized pricing law. Briefing addresses are used only to send email briefings. Analytics data is used to understand which pages are useful and to improve the site. Personal information is not sold.

Where It Is Stored

Form and briefing submissions are stored in the site’s hosted database operated on Klary’s behalf. Analytics data is processed by Google Analytics.

How Long It Is Kept

Personal information is kept for 24 months, unless you ask for it to be deleted sooner.
