Connecticut Revises Surveillance Pricing Ban; New York Passes One Fair Price Act

On June 4, 2026, Connecticut’s governor signed Public Act 26-130, which revises the state’s surveillance pricing ban from July 1, 2027, and the New York legislature passed the One Fair Price Act.
